Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Business Analyst to ensure that new and existing IM/IT projects adhere to established project management and delivery processes on various enterprise application integration projects

For context, our client is ongoing with the planning, management, and deployment of multiple technologies delivery mechanism in support of enterprise application integration projects involving Business Processes, Collaboration, Microsoft 365, Data Modernization, Canada.ca integration, and Portals. The projects will focus on planning, deploying, and targeting new or significant modifications of existing and new enterprise implementations. They are also planning for the ongoing support of existing and future products and development technologies and can foresee the use of other technologies as needed.

Must Haves:
  • 10+ years berforming business analysis of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • 10+ years establishing acceptance test criteria with client and analyzing the business domain, stocking the product backlog, and grooming the product backlog
 
Nice to Have:
  • CBAP
  • 5+ years working with Federal/Crown Corp departments
  • 10+ years with UML and BPMN
Deliverables
 
•        Analyze documents that identify business processes, procedures, and decision flows and summarize the result of the analysis in a written format.
•        Conduct sessions with clients for discovering and documenting business requirements.
•        Create and update documents that describe business processes, procedures, and methodologies.
•        Translate requirements into deliverables such as Use Cases, Business Requirements Document, and Business Concept Documents (BCD).
•        Identify candidate business processes for: re-design, prototyping of potential solution(s), providing trade off information, and suggesting a recommended course of action.
•        Identify areas for improvement in existing processes.
•        Conduct research on existing business support systems and identify major problems and opportunities.
•        Analyze IM/IT applications from a business perspective and summarize the result of the analysis in a written format.
•        Liaise with the business units, technology teams and support teams.
•        Lead or participate in focus groups or requirements analysis teams for the purpose of gathering business IM/IT requirements.
•        Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
•        Develop and deliver presentations that illustrate system and business requirements to clients, project stakeholders, and executive management.
•        Perform stakeholder identification and analysis.
•        Meet with other organizational executives to confirm that all internal and external stakeholders are informed of and understand their responsibilities for the project and organizational goals. Address/escalate any issues in this area to management/senior management and ensure resolution.
•        Track the status of work activities.
•        Obtain sign-off for documents on required deliverables.
•        Provide supporting documentation using provided templates. 
•        Provide input to overall project plan; schedule and conceptual solution
