Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking services of a Senior Secret Cleared Change Manager to support the planning, deploying and modifying of new and existing enterprise application integration projects

Job Description:

Our client requires additional resources to assist with the delivery and support of existing and upcoming projects leveraging various technologies. These resources will supplement existing staff to ensure that new and existing IM/IT projects adhere to the established project management and delivery processes that have been developed to provide for the efficient and effective management and delivery of IM/IT products or services to their clients. Our client is ongoing with the planning, management, and deployment of multiple technologies delivery mechanism in support of enterprise application integration projects involving Business Processes, Collaboration, Microsoft 365, Data Modernization, Canada.ca integration and Portals. The projects will focus on planning, deploying, and targeting new or significant modifications of existing and new enterprise implementations. They are also planning for the ongoing support of existing and future products and development technologies and can foresee the use of other technologies as needed.

Must Haves:
  • SECRET Clearance
  • 10+ Years: 
    • Analyzing and developing business success including Critical Success Factors,
    • Analyzing and developing architecture requirements and process mapping and
    • Defining business strategies and processes in support of transformation and change management activities

Tasks and Deliverables: 

  • Analysis and development of business "critical success factors" 
  • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training 
  • Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities 
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities 
  • Participate in organizational realignment 
  • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders 
  • Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions.
