Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking the services of a Senior Secret Cleared Project Executive to support executive-level stakeholders on an SAP SaaS transformation project within the Public Sector

Description:

This project is in support of the advancement of the GC digital core template which is a financial & material management accelerator built on SAP’s next-generation S4/HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. The design of the template has the potential and scalability to allow the Government of Canada to use standard, best practice business processes, supported by SAP’s off-the shelf software capabilities to streamline routine processes. More recently evaluating a potential transition to SAP SaaS. 

Must have:
  • Any of one of the following certifications:  (PMP);(CAPM); (PgMP),(PfMP); (PMI-ACP);PMI (PMIPBA);(PMIRMP); or (PMI-SP); Prince2 Practitioner, Prince2 Agile Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner, Portfolio, Programme and Projects Offices
    (P3O) Practitioner Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner Management of Risk (MoR) Practitioner, SAP ASAP or Activate Certification, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)
  • Must have a University Degree or College Diploma
  • Valid Secret Clearance 
Tasks:
  • Manage one or more Project leads who may each be responsible for a component of the project and its associated Project team;
  • Define and document project objectives, determine budget requirements;
  • Meet with other organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal and external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and organizational goals.
  • Resolve issues related to the project;
  • Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; wor with a variety of project management tools;
  • Project sign-off.
