Our government of BC client is seeking a Senior Service Designer to design and execute research plans using leading UX and service design practices for a government building permit application upgrade.

Part-time 6 month contract, can be done remotely but candidates in Victoria / Lower mainland strongly preferred.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience designing and executing research plans using leading UX and service design practices (co-design, usability testing, in-situ interviews, observation, data analysis, comparative analysis, etc.),
• Proven experience in user centered design practices
• Proven experience of working in an agile development
