Our valued financial services client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes for ITBM.
Initial 1-year contract (100% remote), with a strong possibility of extension for a maximum 3 year term.
As the successful candidate you will develop changes on the ServiceNow platform for ITBM and potentially other modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps, etc..) through scripting, configurations, and other development activities.

As the successful candidate you will develop changes on the ServiceNow platform for ITBM and potentially other modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps, etc..) through scripting, configurations, and other development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements related to the IT Business Management (ITBM) module
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
- Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
- Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
- Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates
- Prioritize functional and technical requirements
- Participate in business process redesign workshops and providing technical feasibility assessments related to the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
- Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
- Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow ITBM module implementations
- Demonstrated experience with different ServiceNow module (including, but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps)
