Our valued crown corporation client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the development lifecycle of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module!


Initial 1-year contract with a strong possibility of an additional 1-year extension. 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. 100% remote (EST)


As the successful candidate you will develop changes on the ServiceNow platform for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to support a large-scale HR digital transformation project


Responsibilities:

  • Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements
  • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
  • Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
  • Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
  • Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates
  • Prioritize functional and technical requirements
  • Participate in business process redesign workshops and providing technical feasibility assessments related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
  • Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
  • Assist in resolving technical issues
  • Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation


Must-have Skills


  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow implementations
  • Strongly demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and related submodules such as Case & Knowledge Management, Onboarding & Transition Management, Employee Service Centre, and Employee Document Management


Nice-to-have Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, SecOps
