Bilingual Spanish Business Analyst
Location Address: Hybrid (1-2x a week), 44 King Street W,
Contract Duration: 12 months
• Business group: Global Compliance Transformation Program Office - With changing regulations the team is remediating various aspects of the program (monitoring, regulatory libraries etc.) This team reviews the end-to-end process of compliance to uplift the program while also managing regulator expectations.
• Project: Support IB Operations – support rollout of processes and technologies
Responsibilities:
• Help stakeholders in Latin America, and act as a main point of contact to these parties
• Interpret data to develop roadmaps
• Demonstrate understanding of processes and technologies in order to be a reliable first line of defense for questions and queries from stakeholders
• Carry-out typical BA responsibilities, such as communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, demonstrate proficiency in documentation and how requirements are being documented
• Set up meetings with stakeholders, attend project status team meetings, provide regular updates
Must Have Skills:
1) Bilingual in Spanish (professional/native proficiency - verbal and written) is required
2) 5+ years’ experience (any) in financial services experience (banking preferred)
3) Previous project experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Previous experience in risk and compliance
2) Previous BA experience
3) Reporting experience and understanding of process analysis
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
