Senior Special Advisors to Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) For Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) within the Public Sector

Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking the services of Senior Special Advisors to Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) For Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM)

The purpose of this SOP is to establish a structured approach to managing and maintaining the organization's service assets and configuration items (CIs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for efficient service delivery. The SOP will cover all aspects of Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM). It will encompass the identification, control, status accounting, and verification of service assets and CIs, while excluding unrelated ITIL processes. Our Valued Client aims to establish a robust SACM process that ensures accurate and up-to-date management of service assets and configuration items, promoting efficient service delivery and compliance with ITIL best practices. The successful implementation of the SOP will empower employees to execute SACM tasks confidently, reducing the risk of errors and supporting the organization in achieving its service management objectives.

Must Have:

• Significant ITIL & ITSM experience and/or ITIL Certified
• Extenive experience with BMC Remedy and/or Helix / Onyx 
• Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 

Taks: 

• Responsible for providing essential information related to SACM processes and reviewing the SOP for accuracy.
• Responsible for overseeing the creation of the SOP, coordinating with subject matter experts, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Responsible for implementing SACM practices and ensuring compliance with the finalized SOP.
