Our valued clients are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize a Salesforce CRM platform to improve data flow between applications.
Background:
Our clients are currently working towards better optimizing their current technical infrastructure, part of this includes improving the seamless connectivity and data flow between integral business applications, platforms and data warehouse. In addition to managing Salesforce the System Administrator will also be working with a suite of business applications such as Netsuite, Zendesk, Bamboo HR and Salesloft
Responsibilities:
· Administer, maintain, and configure platforms like Salesforce CRM, Bamboo HR, and other business tools to align with business processes.
· Handle routine administrative functions, from user account maintenance to creating dashboards, workflows, and more.
· Oversee and maintain integrations between Netsuite, Zendesk, Salesloft, Bamboo HR, and Salesforce, ensuring smooth data transfer and system inter-operability.
· Establish and maintain data connections between business applications
· Assist in improving RBAC settings within each application.
· Prioritize data integrity and consistency across all platforms, resolving data integrity issues promptly.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of data within each platform, create in-product reports, and collaborate with the data team on reporting that pulls information from all systems.
· Regularly audit and review business applications to recommend and implement improvements and enhancements.
· Develop, maintain, and share user documentation, guides, FAQs, and best practice resources.
· Guarantee that all business applications meet company and industry-specific security and compliance standards.
· Uphold data quality through tasks such as merging duplicate records, performing data backups, and archiving outdated data.
· Collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and translating them into system functionalities and requirements.
Must have:
· 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Administration
· 1+ year managing business applications.
Nice to have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification
