Senior Systems/Business Analyst to support 3 ongoing infrastructure projects

The Crown requires a Secret cleared Senior Business/Systems Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise level Infrastructure modernization initiatives to work with multiple sector clientele and SSC for technical/non-functional requirement gathering and document of as-is and to-be state.

The contractor, a Senior Business Analyst will be required to work with sector clientele and SSC to capture:

• Stakeholder analysis, engagement and communication requirements
• Evolving infrastructure and Business Continuity requirements
• Prioritization, Risk & Impact assessment
• Testing strategy and acceptance criteria
• Support Technical and Business Change Management

Responsibilites:

• Engage relevant stakeholders, identify and document current and future state non-functional requirements encompassing infrastructure upgrade, migration and business continuity
• Requirement elicitation, review and analysis, categorization and prioritization of critical and non-critical requirements, change orders/ BRD for major efforts
• Develop testing strategy, test scenarios/cases and acceptance/sign off criteria prior to completion of each initiative
• Lead discovery phase for realization of some key deliverables & requirements like BRD, Assets Inventory, P2V conversions, Storage, backups & Network requirements, Linux/Windows server upgrades and Work Intake Forms
• Follow standards of document management and versioning and store all artifacts on Enterprise Document Management System
• Lead brainstorming sessions for continuous service improvement, document recommended process, RACI and communicate for better collaboration among multiple organizations

Reporting Requirements

• The Contractor will provide a weekly status report(s) to the Manager of the particular project(s) described when first arrive. The reports will represent the progress of assigned tasks and associated project deliverables.
• The Contractor will immediately report to the Manager any Risks or Issues which are affecting progress of the work.

Must haves:

• Previous experience working on Infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of servers, storage and networks and data centers
