Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Talent & Organizational Development Partner to support, plan and deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives within People & Culture Team - 38288, 74436

Permanent opportunity, This is a hybrid role, the expectation is this role would come into the office once per week (Thursdays) and as needed by the business to support in-person facilitations, critical meetings. Office location: Richmond, BC.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of recent, direct experience in senior HR leadership or senior talent development in an intermediate to large size organization, which includes experience planning, executing and delivering Talent and OD initiatives for a senior leadership audience.
• Strong understanding of Internal promotion and succession planning best practices
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills to both internal and external audiences
• Coaching and mentorship experience or Coaching certifications
• Master’s Degree in leadership development, adult education, organizational behavior or other equivalent behavioral science.
