Senior Technical Writer to document Peoplesoft client service procedures.
Our valued Public sector client is in need of a Technical Writer for a period of four weeks to assist in documenting Peoplesoft client service procedures. The technical writer will be working with ITCS staff and Peoplesoft consultants currently providing those services to describe ticket handling from reception to resolution or re-assignment. Expected deliverables will include documented procedures for each of the seven types of Peoplesoft requests / tasks being proposed for transition from the Peoplesoft team to ITCS.
- Enhanced Reliability clearance
- 2 years experience following client protocol for document retention via a corporate document repository or within a code versioning tool (e.g. SharePoint, GCdocs, or GIT).
- 1 year designing the layout of or developing the content for technical documentation for a GoC client’s software application or business system
