Senior Tester to test video ingestion systems in an Agile environment

Our large telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Tester to test video ingestion systems in an Agile environment

This is a hybrid work model with 3 days in office. High possibility of extension.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years experience as a test analyst
• Experience in blackbox and whitebox testing
• Experience using SQL in creating and executing database queries to support testing
• Experience using JIRA

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in the telecommunications industry

Responsibilities:

• Produce Test documentation including but not limited to Test Plans, Manual Test Scripts, Test Reports, Defect Management and Reporting

• Use agile SCRUM boards (i.e. JIRA or similar) to track stories and raise tickets

• Give feedback to the wider technical team

• Identify defects early and ensure the quality of software
