Deliverables: 

• Leading a team of 2-3 people
• Develop the strategy and approach for end user training for various large scale IT projects
• Presenting approaches to key stakeholders
• Defining curricula and learning paths
• Overseeing development of materials
• Developing materials
• Planning deployment of training based on business requirements
• Managing the scheduling and logistics for training based on business requirements
• Piloting training
• Delivering training

Experience: 

• Experience as a training lead for large IT projects in a hybrid model with users working at different locations and working various shifts
• Experience with deploying learning through a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience developing instructor-led and online learning
• Experience developing online support materials and communications

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Public Sector clients
