Description:

FTP Migration to SOFR based Transfer Pricing project – industry wide transformation where old benchmark rate (LIBOR) will no longer be available to industry, will be transitioning to SOFR, migrating those processes to the new benchmark rate. Contractor will need to understand infrastructure, a lot of testing, we need the individual to understand values that change and what are the drivers for these change in values and communicate to the business team. 

MUST HAVE:

• SQL experience
• Experience managing projects, gathering & analyzing business requirements and explaining requirements to system developers
• Experience Mapping-out/re-engineering processes and workflows, including associated change management
• Focus on Communication can bridge technical aspects from developer/technology team and can translate to something the business understands
• Great analytic skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Business and Finance background – MBA, CFA asset 
• Ability to drive and take ownership - Experience managing cross functional teams to deliver key initiatives
• Tableau experience
• FTP concepts and their application to P&C banking products
