Our valued client is looking for a Snr Bilingual Project Manager to work on SDLC projects

Initial 3 month contract, Montreal- Hybrid, some onsite required

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, coordinate and optimize human and budgetary resources, sprints and project activities;
  • Advise, guide and provide specialist expertise when assessing, planning or product development;
  • Develop feasibility studies and identify risks & issues;
  • Recommend solutions taking into account product and management objectives;
  • Lead activities related to the agile process (Scrum, Planning, Review, Retro);
  • Continuously monitor development sites, facilitate the resolution of blockers, manage dependencies and provide support for proper sprint delivery;
  • Validate, with the stakeholders concerned, the different stages of development of the project in order to comply with its initial objectives and make the necessary corrections. At the end of the sprints, evaluate and check the consistency with the initial objectives;
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of communications, including regular progress reports, find solutions to problems and constraints to both technical and operational and escalate unresolved issues to higher hierarchical levels, if any;
  • Establish control processes at the different stages of the project and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.
  • Take the leadership of the monthly project report presented to the management.
Must Have Skills: 
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English 
  • Experience with the agile process (Scrum and Kanban), certification is an asset;
  • Experience in the development process of digital projects/products;
  • Experience in the valuation of the iterative cycle: frequent deliveries of news versions allowing rapid improvement;
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Tempo and Confluence);

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, master's degree in project management or other diploma relevant academic or equivalent experience;
