Our valued client is looking for a Snr Business Systems Analyst to assist in the migration of SharePoint 2013 environment to M365 platform

Responsibilties:
- Work closely with developers, other business analysts, system administrators and enterprise architects to understand and contribute to the details of the technical documentation and strategies.
- Business Analysis
- Act as a liaison/coordinator between stakeholders and the Project Team
- Participate in the development of detailed requirements, functional specifications, and application configurations
- Create functional requirements and design documents to ensure business requirements are accurately recorded
- Work with the Project Team to design appropriate solutions and be a liaison between project team members and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet stakeholder expectations
- Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our solution, leveraging your ongoing research and understanding of business needs
- Participate in regularly scheduled project team meetings as needed
- Technical Requirements
- Assist in the coordination and migration of sites from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Assist project team members in designing appropriate solutions
- Create, implement, and configure new SPO sites as required
- Configure and enable security requirements based on solution design
- Assist in the resolution of issues and defects
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Contribute to project test strategy
- Document test cases and scripts to validate the configuration, functionality, and usability of the application
- Execute and support testing initiatives
- Work with leads to identify and document issues, defects, and risks on the project
- Perform functional and integration acceptance testing
- Assisting the clients during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- 5+ years of experience in the development of business requirements and translating those business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Expereince with SharePoint Online (SPO) and SharePoint 2013
- Expereince with M365 platform (e.g., Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of Nintex 2013 workflows / forms and Nintex Cloud would be an asset
