Must Haves:
· 3-6 years’ experience building innovative enterprise applications, designing, and developing business process automation solutions using various platforms and tools.
· Experience in Azure App Services, Power Automate, Power BI, Power App, Power Virtual Agent and GitHub
· Experience working in innovation teams and in developing and implementing small, medium and large Enterprise automation applications.
· Experience in Lean Agile Project Delivery for a minimum of 3 years.
· Experience with vendor management to manage development and delivery of externally provided products and services and monitor contractor work assignments for adherence to timelines and the achievement of performance objectives outlined in the Agreement terms


Nice to have:
· Automation certification, equivalent training and/or education
· Hands-on scripting and coding experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, .Net (C# or VB), JavaScript, PHP and SQL

Role Responsibilites: 
· Accountable to design, build, deploy and maintain applications and automation solutions using Azure portal, Microsoft power platform and other tools/platforms as required
· Designing and developing solutions for various business needs in an innovation environment including building workflows of the solutions/bots; coding and configuring; rapidly developing solutions based on process designs; supporting solution in production.
· Development and delivery of automation applications while establishing metrics, and developing or improving processes to ensure quality goals are met
· Participate in sprints, functional and technical design reviews, and perform integration, functional, non-functional and system testing
· Act as a key point of contact for automation releases, providing automation services and coordinating with other resources internally and externally
· Responsible to ensure Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining high automation test coverage and other release criteria standards; responsible to monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, health, coverage, etc)
