Location Address: 40 King Street W – Hybrid – Mostly WFH, not required to go in unless specified by HM
Contract Duration: 3 months - contract will be extended once FY23 funding is approved
Extension & FTE: Yes – extension (targeted for 12 months)

Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to define the change across user groups
- Compiling a communication plan and strategy
- Preparing communications for management review
- Using recording tools for videos
- Working with Confluence, Teams, Camtasia and/or Figma
- Outlining and executing change management strategies to end users and stakeholders
- Creation and monitoring user feedback from surveys
- Setting up conference calls for demos or management updates

Must-Have skills:
- Bilingual English and Spanish (written and oral)
- 5+ years of previous experience in a change management role or as a communications specialist
- 3-5 years of experience working with Confluence, Teams and Figma
- 3-5 years of previous banking experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial banking
- Previous Project Management experience
- Certification in change management or communications

Education/Experience:
- Undergraduate degree is mandatory
- Certification in change management or communications is preferred
- Previous Project Management experience is preferred
