Business group:
The Digital Adoption & Engagement Lead – Wealth Transformation is responsible for creating and implementing digital adoption strategies and plans that maximize the adoption and usage of the digital platforms, working to drive faster adoption, and higher utilization while minimizing resistance on change management across digital transformation projects led by the International Wealth Management team.

Responsibilities:
• Leads the development and execution of change management and digital adoption strategies in collaboration with the Digital Product Owners and the management team.
• Manages the execution and results for digital transformation initiatives by:
• In partnership with the Digital Product Owners, manages the ongoing assessment and support of strategic digital initiatives by:
o Promoting awareness of digital solutions through various channels such as newsletters, emails, Teams, webinars, roadshows, and intranet
o Generating excitement and momentum around, and demonstrating better ways of working through use of digital tools and capabilities
o Conducting surveys to understand and track the progress around digital adoption. Providing post-implementation status updates and support to ensure ongoing project success
o Maintaining an awareness of competitive best practices and emerging trends around digital transformation and ensuring strategic initiatives continue to be competitive and support the business lines’ objectives
• Champions a customer focused and strong risk culture by playing a key role in the change management process through leveraging the Bank’s relationships, systems and knowledge

Must Have Skills:
1) Experience with Power BI (must be able to create a Dashboard)
2) Bilingual (Spanish)
3) 2-3 years of experience as a Change Manager
5) Proven communications and training skills

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Ability to create video/audio training material
2) Advanced experience with PowerPoint

Education: Post-Secondary Degree
