Our client is looking for a Sr. Advisory Community of Practice Lead to facilitate and lead the learning community with in the Financial Industry.

Overview:
As the Advisor Community of Practice Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading a learning community that focuses on the development of human-centric skills and building shared knowledge among financial advisors. You will be responsible for creating a collaborative environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning, networking with advisors, and facilitates learning across the organization.

Must Have's:
  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role
  • Experience in developing and facilitating communities of practice
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience in creating a collaborative learning environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning content, both online and in-person.
Nice to Have's:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, organizational development, human resources, business administration)
  • Experience in the financial industry
  • EQi certification
  • Adult education design experience
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a community of practice that supports learning and development of human-centric skills with financial advisors.
  • Create a collaborative environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning, networking with advisors, and facilitates learning across the organization.
  • Facilitate and organize regular meetings, workshops, and other learning events to foster knowledge-sharing and skill development.
  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and deliver relevant learning content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the learning community and its impact on the organization's overall learning culture.
  • Actively engage with members of the community to identify their learning needs and ensure that the learning content and activities meet those needs.
  • Encourage and support the co-creation of learning materials and resources by members of the community.
  • Foster a sense of shared ownership and responsibility for the learning community among its members.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional learning and knowledge-sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the learning community remains relevant and effective.
