Responsibilities:
- lead training/coaching/workshops like Value stream identification and mapping, feature mapping, ART establishment, PI planning
- Bring his/her experience to create a roadmap to transition to Scaled Agile from team agility. Guides an organization through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices.
- Bring innovative ideas implementing lean agile values and principles at team and scaled level for better collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity.
- Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
- Bring his/her best judgment to the table in conflicts and working sessions for a smooth change management and able to bring everyone to embrace the change.
- While working on the program and portfolio side, can able to step in to help the team and practice level too.
- 5+ yrs exp in Agile Coaching technical experience
- 2+ yrs exp in Scaled Agile implementation
- SAFe® Certification (SPC, SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, etc. )
