Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Agile coach to guide a multidisciplinary team on agile/scrum best practices for an enhancement and automation initiative for a major Canadian pensions project.
Tasks include:
Tasks include:
- The Agile Coach will be responsible in guiding the team on how to effectively and efficiently use agile/scrum practices and values
- Guide the team on how to get the most of self-organization
- Assess the Agile maturity of the team and coach them to achieve higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable
- Assist with Project Management Activities
- Knowledge of techniques required to properly operate Scrum such as: Burndown techniques, Retrospective meetings, etc
- PMP or Prince 2 Certification
- Experience on at least 2 projects within the federal government coaching a Scrum team on sprints
- Enhanced Reliability
- Experience coaching a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Kanban
- Previous experience as a team lead
- Bilingual
