Our valued client is currently seeking a Sr. Agile Project Manager to manage customer experience transformation projects.

2-year contract that can be worked out of Ottawa or Toronto (hybrid remote).

Job Description:
Reporting to the PMO Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring integration with systems impacted by the Experience Transformation Program.  

  • Work closely with each of the Program Stream PM’s and Business Architects to help plan, execute, and deliver project tasks on time and within budget and scope in accordance with business priorities.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project (i.e. budget, schedule, scope, issues and risks), sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and prepares reports regarding status of project.
  • Build the integrated view of the satellite level workplan including dependencies
  • Accountable and responsible for managing escalated issues, and changes
  • Work with the Streams to identify, risks and risk mitigation strategies related to any of the satellite systems
  • Work with the Streams to identify any change processes and key records of decisions.
  • Drive integration between the program and Delivery BSDs for all satellite system activities.
  • Secure the SOW for any required POs for the Satellite systems to support the Experience Transformation Program

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing projects following Agile methodology
  • Financial management experience: strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI development, etc.
