Position: Sr. Backend developer

Location – flexible but ideally looking for a EST or GMT hours

Duration: 6 months with extension

Must haves:

5+ years of experience as a Backend Java Developer working in a microservice type of architecture.
Experience with developing applications that run both on prem or AWS cloud.
Expertise on object oriented programming and functional programming like Java, Python and Scala.
Experience working with various databases (postgresql, mysql, etc); REST
Experience with AWS – S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, RDS
Experience with integrating with messaging buses like Kafka, Solace etc
