Initial 10 Month Full Time contract in St. Hyacinthe,QC (Potential extension, Hybrid - 1 time a month on site)
A successful candidate will provide analysis and better define business needs and issues in order to identify the best options for configuring the GuideWire Billing Center software package, integrating with company APIs and/or adapting to new features. This will be done while working in collaboration with the development team and functional team in an Agile work environment

Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the project team, define and review the business requirements to ensure that everything is complete before the functional analysis.
- Facilitate the selection and analysis of the best technological options/solutions taking into account the objectives of the mandate, budgetary commitments and delivery deadlines.
- Develop detailed requirements by adjusting business needs, the operation of the Guidewire software package, the existence of features already in place and other constraints or desired positioning in the medium to long term.
- Collaborate with the different groups within IT, identify the best solutions to improve existing processes and act as an intermediary between IT, users and managers at different hierarchical levels.
- Support business people in the testing strategy
- 5+ yrs of experience as a Business Analyst within an agile project environments
- Working knowedge of SDLC
- Proficiency of process analysis and process optimization
- Experience leading functional testing and developing reference documents (test plans, requirements and business rules)
- Bilingualism (Excellent communication in English & French)
- Knowledge of GuideWire Billing Center
- knowledge of an accounts receivable or financial reconciliation application.
