Sr. Bilingual PCO to support large scale transformation - 18265

Our valued telecommunication client is seeking a Sr. Bilingual PCO to support large scale transformation.

Initial 1-year contract - 100% remote in Canada (must work Eastern Time)

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide support on financial operations and reporting during development, implementation and delivery of a project.
• Support project planning and manages project plans including, but not limited to, scope, execution, and budget
• Track changes in scope, budget or calendar with Project Owner and/or management
• Performs analysis of schedule, regarding resources, costs and task completion.
• Prevent project variances through effective KPI monitoring;
• Ensure projects comply with the PMO project framework;
• Update documentation (log, budget status, approval, etc.);
• Maintains effective communication of status with Project Owner, management, and the team
• Produce organizational project reports;
• Prepare governance and executive reviews;
• Support the PMO function.

 
Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years experience as a Project Control Officer
• Demonstrated experience in Project Financial Management and framework knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in French and English  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the Telecommunications industry
