Our public sector client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to improve content management solutions that create better digital experiences across device types
 
11 month contract; 18hrs/week for the first 2/3 months before moving to 37.5hrs/week

 ​
Must Haves:
  • 6-8 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Extensive experience involving analysis of website user experience design, development and implementations for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
  • Experience with agile methodologies 
  • Intermediate to advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

Nice to Haves:
  • CBAP, CSM, CSPO candidates
  • Experience working with content management systems including Adobe Experience Manager Sites and integrations with other systems
  • Experience working with UX/designer
Deliverables:
  • Partner with the Product owners/Business leads/Project Manager on road mapping, stakeholder engagement, backlog management and prioritization
  • Build and execute a solid BA approach to elicit, analyze and document/refine detailed user needs in user stories or other supporting artifacts as appropriate (working with internal Stakeholders, vendors, other agile teams, etc)
  • Lead in uncovering detailed system and user analysis needs and gaps and ensure proper documentation
  • Support in current/future process definition and mapping of user experience
  • Support dev team to understand needs and dependencies
  • Facilitate to guide conversations (requirement sessions, refinement meetings, sprint planning, retro, standup, etc)
  • Serve as Scrum master role dependent on capacity and need
  • Partner and support agile coaches in adopting agile practice
  • Proactive support to assigned team(s)
  • Advocate for BA best practices
  • Provide regular status and issues reporting to the  Manager
  • May be required to learn basic knowledge of other capability areas in the team and/or systems where needed to support the team
  • Technical operational support and troubleshooting as needed to support the product area
