Sr. Business Analyst to support Discovery Phase of MS Dynamics CRM implementation for financial services client

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Duration: May 29th - August 10 (possibility of extension)

Job Description:
Reporting to Director of Application and IT Transformation within the Information Technology department, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Finance F&O for a member management association.  In consultation with internal staff and external consultants, the Business Analyst designs and documents requirements, user stories, customer journeys, workflows, and test cases. They will support the D365 CRM and Finance F&O implementation through the project lifecycle from discovery to systems development, testing, training, and deployment.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal staff to understand their requirements
• Create, refine, and maintain requirements, user stories, customer journeys, process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
• Work closely with developers and internal staff to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process working alongside the Quality Assurance team, internal staff and external consultants

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ yrs of experience supporting MS Dynamics CRM and F&O
• Proven experience documenting customer journeys
• Proven experience developing and executing software test scripts
• Proven experience on Agile projects using Azure Dev Ops

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) credentials
