Location: 155 Wellington Hybrid
Contract Length: 12 Months
Overview:
Pre Trade Regulatory team called Fortress. Lean team with 12 members across 4 regions
Responsibilities:
Normal BA life, including work item prioritization with stakeholders, writing up agile requirements, providing second level support, vendor management.
1. Serve as the voice of the business within the technology team
2. Work with IT management to create and maintain solution roadmap
3. Provide product vision and direction for the development team and stakeholders throughout the various initiatives and create requirements
4. Writing up new Business requirements
5. Ability to prioritise issues within a Global forum.
6. Provide transparency to project activities for sponsors, business users and I/T
7. Maintain a “client first” mentality.
8. Communicate effectively with developers, system analysts, senior management, project sponsors and business users.
9. Drives issue resolution, challenges the team to overcome obstacles at the project/program level
10. Summarizes and highlights important developments, drives discussion on project impact
11. Influences and mentors colleagues within and outside immediate team.
12. Delivers results in a high demand, multiple deadline environment.
Must Haves:
1. Detailed financial knowledge of OTC derivatives.
2. Experience of RMR, CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MIFID II and FCA regulations.
3. Experience with ISDA Protocols for various regulations.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience of DROIT vendor product.
