Sr Business Systems Analyst for a Security workstream involving ISO27001, SOC2 and COBIT for an Insurance client.

Contract end: Aug 31, 2023 (extension is likely)
Environment: Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office (Toronto, London, Winnipeg)
 
Responsibilities:

• Writes detailed functional and non-functional specifications or user stories for developing or modifying various systems.
• Responsible to support system upgrades and maintenance after implementation during the warranty period.
• Provide technical documentation and analysis, help administer or contribute to training for users, and support end users during the transition to maintenance period.
• Create use cases for testing

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years experience as a BSA
• ISO27001
• SOC2
• COBIT 
• JIRA and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Enhanced Security Clearance/Protected B would be an asset.
• DevOps team exp. and in an Agile environment
• Work on both mainframe, client-server, and web platforms. 
• Development or translation of customer personas, journey maps and wireframe into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry would be considered a strong asset.
