SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be supporting the Business Operating Circles (BOCs) for Global Equity Derivatives (GED) and Financial Solutions Group (FSG). It includes work with all stakeholders from across The Banks Securities including Front Office, Technology, Market Risk Control, Capital Markets Risk Management, etc to deliver on scope set by BOC while leveraging relationships and leadership skills to meet the collective goals of the business.

1.) Experience working in an Agile environment
2.) CFA or FRM designation an asset
3.) PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation an asset
4.) Previous work creating PowerPoint Decks/ presentation skills

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be supporting the Business Operating Circles (BOCs) for Global Equity Derivatives (GED) and Financial Solutions Group (FSG). - Leverage deep domain and delivery experience and well-established relationships to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Display an advanced capital markets business knowledge and skillset typically obtained through 5+ years of experience within a specific domain(s).
- Actively lead the end-to-end delivery of book of work items identified by BOC.
- Should have at least 2 year+ experience with project delivery/scrum coaching through leading streams and/or representing a business in a large program.
- Be on top of project budgeting and forecast and be able to report project financials monthly
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and presentation skill to communicate benefits or issues to stakeholders for decision makings/escalations.
- Ability to influence partners and ensure appropriate transparency, reporting and escalation.
- Stay energized, productive, and focused in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change or strenuous demands.
MUST HAVE:
- 7-10 Years of Project delivery experience for large projects – dealing with large number of stakeholders
- 7-10 Years experience with JIRA Confluence
- 7-10 Years experience with Equity Derivatives Capital markets (One or more of the following: desk trading, product knowledge, risk and trade reporting knowledge, back office operations, accounting) Domain Experience
- 10 Years PM experience
- 10 Years Agile Experience
- 10 Years of experience creating powerpoint materials
