Role:
- To support Change Management and Training activities related to the implementation of a Salesforce Case Management to improve the end user experience and drive better relationships between dealer networks and prospective customers across different points of contact
- Develop and deliver in conjunction with the vendor, required training for the Salesforce implementation to internal end users and external stakeholders (call centre, dealers, and their staff)
- Liaison with the program and business teams to analyse and synthesize detailed impact assessments and processes as it relates to the development of training material
- Develop and deliver training as required by the program
- Validate training materials with workstreams leads and Subject matter experts
- Participate in train-the-trainer
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Management/Training Specialist
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Case Management
- Experience conducting detailed impact assessments and processes to support training development
- Experience developing training materials related to Salesforce Case Management including user guides, course slides, course exercises and supporting data, and quick reference guides as required
- Demonstrated ability to deliver Salesforce Case Management related training to various functional business units
- Bilingual (English/French)
- CPTM certification and /or Degree/diploma with a major in Human Resources or Organization Development
