Sr. Data Analyst with Qualtrics, SAP-SAC, Power BI to work on Voice of Customer program.

Our client in the Utilities/Energy sector is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst with Qualtrics, SAP-SAC, Power BI to work on Voice of Customer program.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months contract to start.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Extracts, collects, analyzes, and reports data and information related to customer feedback.
• Prepare VOC reports for Executive and frontline stakeholders.
• Using both data analysis and critical thinking skills to help diagnose and resolve negative customer satisfaction feedback.
• Prepare written and oral reports on CSAT performance outcomes.
• Build front-end visualizations and data tools for the wider internal and external leaders and departmental audiences.
• Represent VOC data analysis in internal and external committees and projects.

 
Must Haves:
 

• 7 years as a Data analyst
• Qualtrics
• SAP – SAC
• Power BI
• Dashboards and creation of data warehouse for executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel

Nice to Have:
 

• Utilities/Energy Industry experience.
