Sr. ERP Technical Analyst specializing in Siebel to provide support of GCMS/eServices Portfolio

Our valued public sector client is looking for 2 ERP Technical Analysts specializing in Siebel to provide support of GCMS/eServices Portfolio.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

1. Collaborate with system architects in developing system designs;
2. Develop functional design from business requirements;
3. Provide project scope, level of effort estimated, system impact assessments, and risk assessments for required system change requests;
4. Provide recommendations and strategies for senior management on functional and system designs and directions;
5. Participate in technical pilot projects to incorporate and integrate new technologies into the Siebel CRM environment
6. Establish technical standards for functional design documentation;
