Sr. Experience Design Lead to manage customer facing applications for a financial client – 51141
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days on site)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Key Responsibilities
• Create innovative experiences to address unmet customer needs and business drivers in line with enterprise design standards.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver quality user experiences, providing hands-on design direction.
• Translate business strategy into a compelling end-to-end experience, understand business requirements, and identify new/missing requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensure the delivery of high-quality designs deliverables, including information architectures, user flows, high-level designs, prototypes, and detailed wireframes.
• Lead design reviews and critiques
MUST HAVE
1) 5-7 years of UX Design experience
2) 2+ years leading a design team – very well rounded able to see larger picture to oversee visual designers, UX Designers , supporting the senior design strategist
3) Highly proficient in UX-related software packages:
3 years of Figma
5 years of Axure
5 years of Adobe Creative Suite
4) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of conceptual and UX design abilities (prefer a link included in resume)
