Our client is looking for a Sr. Help Desk Engineer/ IT Services to Develop support plans and material for internal Staff


Overview:

Support Planning and Readiness by Developing support plans and material for use by staff during the 2024 Election


Must Have's:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Helpdesk or IT services
  • 1 year in a lead or supervisory position
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience supporting computer software and hardware
  • Experience with drafting procedural documents, manuals and other end user documentation
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with individuals at all levels


Nice to Have's:

  • An ability to quickly obtain subject matter expertise on election processes
