Our valued client is seeking a Sr. Help Desk to help manage workstations, corporate image design, and application deployment

An inital 6-month contract with opportunity of extension of 6 months. Hyrbid work model. On-site 1-2 days a week in Montreal or Toronto

Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze and understand our current workstation management environment
  • Manage user workstations in our SCCM/MEM environment
  • Design, manage and update workstation configurations (image)
  • Manage and design new GPOs/GPPs in our Active Directory environment
  • Manage application deployments and their updates
  • Develop and deploy scripts for the complex configuration of Windows and macOS workstations
  • Document the processes, structure and configuration put in place
Must Have Skills 
  • 5+ years experience as a Help Desk or similar role 
  • Experience with enterprise level device management environments such as MEM, SCCM or Intune, MDM, Active Directory, Security Management 
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and bash scripts for Windows and MacOS

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of Google Workplace and Microsoft 365 environment 
  • knowledge of management systems MBAM and Filevault
  • Bilingual in French and English
