Project name/scope: CSDM/APM Training content resource, they will produce all training content in different formats and set up a centralized area within Servicenow.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop course materials from existing content and/or from a “blank sheet of paper”. Includes research as needed to obtain complete, correct and current information.
  • Develop comprehensive Confluence training page with all content
  • Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content.
  • Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through online learning format.
  • Host live training sessions for a variety of medium to large audiences (up to 200+ attendees)
  • Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations.





Must haves
  • Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate strongly desired
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle. Knowledge of business process management techniques and principles involved
  • Ability to produce training modules in various formats (video and documentation)
  • Experience in Adult education and Live training
  • Experience Converting technical documents to user friendly modules
