Sr. ITSM specialist to support the design and implementation of a Business Relationship Management role/function

Our valued public sector client is looking for a Sr. ITSM specialist to support the design and implementation of a Business Relationship Management role/function.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the BRM function and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Tasks include:

• Project plan to implement a BRM (Business Relationship Management) role/function for the SAP ERP system
• Document the existing BRM function and a proposal of an improved BRM governance
• Advise on streamlined governance structure to support BRM role/function
• Advise on BRM governance program with hosted client and projects
• Propose tools to support the BRM function such as dashboards, KPI, other reporting tools or reporting strategies
• Produce a repository of best practices of BRM and an integration strategy with other functions

Must have:

• Prior experience advising/designing ITSM practices, in particular BRM functions

Nice to have:

• ITIL certification
