Location: REMOTE (EST working hours)Job Description:
- Review and understand business requirements, functional and technical specifications to support assigned product changes.
- Design, write, and debug programs of limited complexity with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable.
- Ensure all code is written, tested, integrated with the rest of the project code base. Perform unit testing, develop appropriate artifacts and/or documentation to facilitate final delivery.
- Participate in building solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve the aspiration of common assets, use the enterprise monitoring/logging and require minimal to zero maintenance.
- Work with more senior developers to analyse information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems/applications or modifications to existing systems.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ yrs experience with Java
- Experience with Spring Boot, SQL Server, DB2, REST API's, Unit Testing
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of payment systems and the merchant acquiring business
