• 5+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering training solutions (e.g., eLearnings, Instructor-Led/Virtual Instructor-Led Training, User Guides, Webinars, etc.) in support of new systems, process and behaviors in large organizations.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience / knowledge of accounting standards, processes, financial systems (general ledger and data flows) and related policies would be considered an asset.
• Reconciliation knowledge/experience
• Finance/Banking Industry

- Account Reconciliation Cloud Base Solution (A.R.C.S) Project – reconcile balances to cloud based solution called ARCS (Oracle Platform), which will disrupt the current system/platform. We have to train how to get on board with the platform, how to work on the platform and adopting and keeping the change.
- Brand new product, we are running information
