Sr. Lead Workflow Application Analyst to support a Cerner HIS implementation project for our large regional health client
The HIS Workflow Lead Application Analyst will play a crucial role in this clinical and digital transformation. Reporting to one of four HIS Managers of Design & Build, the Workflow Lead Application Analyst will lead user experience working groups in order to complete the system and implementation specific tasks that support the project. User experience working groups will focus on the design and configuration aspects of the implementation, current and future state workflows, data collection as well as system testing.
Contract Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
Lead a group of subject matter experts to complete key planning, design and implementation tasks that support the project.
Guide workflow design and build, test the system, and analyze technical issues associated with the applicable software
Perform quality checks on your own work, and collaborate with colleagues on your team for peer-to-peer quality reviews as needed
Work with vendor representatives and end users to ensure the system meets requirements.
Facilitates working groups in:
Designing a standard process for clinical and non-clinical workflows.
Validating the Cerner Canadian Reference Model .
Elevates scope changes and workflow deviations to project leaders for decisions
Ensuring the design and configuration of the system meets the regional clinical and non-clinical workflow standardization requirements.
Supporting current and future state workflow reviews and data collection

- PeriOp/SurgiNet
- Novari ATC Integration Experience
