Sr. Product Designer to work on wireframing and prototyping for a financial client - 51095 / 51071 / 51096


Duration: 6 months, possible extension

Location: Toronto, Hybrid – 2 days in office

Product designers take part in user research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating. Product design encompasses multiple aspects of the design process. Product designers can also be referred to as UX designers, UI designers, interaction designers, and information architects.

Responsibilities

• Ideation, concept development and experience innovation

• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboards

• Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved

• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle

• Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research

• Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales

MUST HAVE:

7+ years Product Designer or UX/UI Prototyper

7+ years of Axure

7+ years of Adobe Creative Suite

2+ years of Figma

Prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes

• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences

• Contributes to shaping the strategic experience design approach for projects and initiatives

Degree/Certifications Required: A degree in design or a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.)
