Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Project Analyst to provide support services to the Agile Office

Must Haves:
  • 3-5 years of applied Project Coordination experience
  • Strong technical skills that include Confluence, SharePoint, Jira and Excel.
  • Experience supporting a PMO in an agile environment
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience building on a SharePoint 
 Deliverables:
  • Develop a comprehensive agile playbook that serves as a guide for implementing and sustaining agile practices in an organization. The playbook should encompass strategies, principles, and best practices to support teams in successfully adopting and utilizing agile methodologies. 
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Design the playbook with visually appealing elements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user-friendly navigation.
  • Create a well-structured agile playbook in a digital format that can be easily shared and referenced within the organization.
  • Develop a communication and training plan to introduce the playbook to key stakeholders and provide guidance on its effective utilization.
  • Coordinate and oversee all activities involved in publishing the quarterly Agile Newsletter.
  • Collect and analyze data from teams and source systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the process. This involves:
    • Synthesizing complex data into clear and concise summaries, reports, or visual representations for various stakeholders.
    • Translating technical data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
    • Developing processes and procedures to facilitate data collection activities.
    • Collaborating with agile practitioners and teams to explore innovative solutions and promote data-informed decision-making.
  • Identifying potential biases, limitations, or gaps in the data and proposing strategies to mitigate
  • Coordinate projects for the Agile Office focused on communication, change management, and process changes. This involves:
    • Agile project planning with an incremental delivery approach, prioritizing minimum viable products (MVP).
    • Facilitating project execution, identifying and addressing impediments or roadblocks.
    • Managing communication and stakeholders effectively.
    • Ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate the preparation of presentations and engagements to promote the Agile Office. This includes planning and coordination, stakeholder engagement and communications, as well as overseeing event execution for various activities such as training sessions, leadership engagement, agile team lift-off, showcases, and more.
