Our large oil and gas client is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator (5+yrs) to support delivery of Cybersecurity projects for 6 months to start with strong chance of extension. 

Must-have:
  • 5+ years of Project coordination experience for large-scale technology programs/implementations
  • Advanced skills in Excel (tracking and consolidating information/interdependencies and findings)
  • Advanced skills in Powerpoint (brainstorming presentation techniques and consolidating into slide decks)
  • Experience supporting project financial management (ie. monthly project reconciliation, resource forecasting, variance reporting, spend analysis)
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodology
  • Experience in coordination of Cybersecurity and/or OT projects
  • Experience using any of the following tools:
    • S/4 SAP
    • ServiceNow
    • Fieldglass
    • JIRA
Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and organize portfolio/program level artifacts and templates
  • Review and track documentation, regulatory documents, and internal documents
  • Schedule and setup of team meetings, workshops, and events, including agendas
  • Provide team On-Boarding to new team members in collaboration with Portfolio Coordination Analyst
  • Liaise with other teams as necessary (i.e., new hires, team cadence, project delivery SME’s, etc.) to support the Program
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary
  • Support up to three PMs on low-medium scale Cybersecurity projects – in the OT workstream
  • Communicate and reinforce project methodologies and standards
  • Build and manage relationships with senior client executives
  • Report delivery status to client executives, executives and client account managers
  • Proactively manage and update all project RAID documentation sets
  • Assisting in project financial management - Updating of the project resource plan, collecting resource hours, calculating the variance, entering/adjusting resource forecasts, working with the PM and Project Controls analyst on monthly project reconciliation.
  • Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Location: Must be in or near Calgary as this client has a hybrid work model 3 days/week downtown
