Sr. Quality Assurance Lead for test strategy and execution of Cybersecurity Operations technology (OT/Industrial) related projects

Our large integrated oil and gas client in is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Lead for test strategy and execution of Cybersecurity Operations technology (OT/Industrial)​ related projects.

Must Have:

• 10+ years Quality Assurance/Testing experience 
• 4+ years with leading/coordinating/facilitating testing and creating test strategy, test cases, test scenarios
• Experience on Operations technology (OT/Industrial) projects and/or Experience with Cybersecurity technologies/concepts that involve more than just the software/UI being tested (ie. Infrastructure/networks)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with HP ALM
• Understanding of Test Automation
• Oil and gas industry knowledge
• Experience with Jira
• ISTQB or equivalent
• CISSP/CSSP or Comp TIA Security +

Overview: 

• Support up to three PMs on low-medium scale Cybersecurity projects – in the OT and Metrics/Intelligence spaces
• Create a detailed test plan and strategy, map the requirements across to testing and create the test scenarios
• Plan, implement and monitor the project test strategy
• Plan, drive and lead all QA/Test activities (UAT/SAT etc), meetings and workshops adhering to established timelines
• Communicate and reinforce project methodologies and standards
• Build and manage relationships with senior client executives
• Report delivery status to client executives, executives and client account managers
• Proactively anticipate risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with the project BA and balance the requirements element with the Test Strategy
• Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Duration: ASAP for 6 month contract with strong possibility of extension
Location: Calgary local candidates as work will be hybrid with 3 days in office downtown Calgary
