Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior SAP Change Manager to assist the team with the transition and integration to SAP S/4 Hana as well as support ongoing maintenance of the current SAP Solution in place.
 
Must Haves:
  • A combination of one or all of the following certifications: SAP Certification, PMP, and CPA
  • 5+ years’ experience working with ECC 6.0 or higher
  • 5+ years’ experience working with SAP ASAP Methodology
  • Enhanced Reliability clearance or higher
Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Provide guidance on eventual migration to S4 HANA
  • Analyze and develop business critical success factors
  • Analyze and develop Organizational Change Management strategy
  • Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management plan
  • Coordinates the collection and presentation of changes and impacts to appropriate governance
  • Refers changes to Service Providers for impact analysis and to help identify areas of possible impact
  • Monitors on-going progress of changes through their lifecycle
  • Tables and circulates changes and impacts, Agendas and other pertinent material for change governance meetings
  • Participates in other process initiatives and process reviews
  • Analyzes organizational change documentation to detect any trends or problems and proposes actions to rectify apparent weak areas in the change management process and supporting technologies
  • Communicates and tracks the status of changes to Change Requestors and key stakeholders
  • Documents results of organizational change management
  • Defines and develops organizational change management process metrics and reporting requirement
  • Ensures organizational change management process, sub-processes and tools integrate with other processes (e.g. Release & Deployment Management);
  • Support the organizational Change Process Owner and Management for documenting the requirements and guidelines of the change management tool usage; and ensuring the change request management process is working well and ensuring that corrective action is taken when the process falters
