Our Valued Public Sector client is seeking the expertise of a Sr. Secret Cleared Project Manager to assist with onboarding M365 and Cloud Migration projects 

Job Description:

Our Client is currently onboarding M365 and cloud services, establishing frameworks, governance and processes and is in need of a Project Manager to create plans in MS Project for the migration onto the cloud as well as gather information and interview key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. This project looks to provide stakeholders, that are placed in various government departments the necessary support and access to the appropriate systems. The client is currently interviewing stakeholders and end users to ensure the infrastructure / connectivity is properly in place. There are two main systems that connect the departments and their goal is to consolidate the systems into one eventually and migrate onto the cloud platform.  

Must Have:
  • Any one of the following certifications: PMP, Prince2, PgMP,  MPM, CBAP, CCMP, CMC
  • SECRET Clearance 
The contractor will be responsible but not limited to:
  • Coordinating activities and gathering information regarding business requirements, interviewing stakeholders, creating a project plan in MS project, establish deliverables, and provide financial estimates
  • Producing and maintaining project management documentation.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and managing information flow between stakeholders.
  • Producing reports and maintaining project management records.
  • Planning, monitoring, and managing delivery.
  • Establishing and managing project procedures.
  • Advising stakeholders on deviations from plans.
  • Implementing and managing the change control approach.
  • Identifying, advising on, and managing risks and issues.
  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings .
  • Performing knowledge transfer to employees
  • Providing project briefs
