Location Address: Hybrid – Scarborough
Contract Duration: Until Jan 31st 2023 (extension possible, FTE depending on performance)

Scheduled Hours: 37.5hr/week

Business Group: The GIAM - IAM Engineering
Project: GIAM Standardization and Modernization has an initiative that involves the assessments of the current state and identify the deficiencies related to task failures (identity attribute correlation and synchronization) and end-to-end Identity LiveCycle Management (ILM)-related workflows (onboarding/offboarding).

Typical Day in Role
• Assess the current state and identify the deficiencies related to task failures (correlation, synchronization) and end-to-end ILM-related workflows (onboarding/offboarding)
• Provide the list of remediations with prioritization and identify key areas of changes in LAM to support the recommended remediations
• Provide the target state architecture and design to address the recommended remediations
• Build, test and deploy the remediations, provide training, communication on the changes where it’s applicable and makes sense.

Must-Have skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Analyst
    • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management. Must have good understanding about Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes (business and IT)
  • 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ development.
    • Demonstrate good understanding of SailPoint IIQ development framework and proficient in Java and XML coding
  • Capable to drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex global IAM and Cyber-related problems
  • Familiar with testing lifecycle (unit, QA, defect remediation with at least 1 year experience working with CI/CD pipeline and Agile methodology)
 
Nice to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Cyber security
  • Familiar with Agile methodology (epic, story definition, sprint planning)
  • SailPoint certification

Education
Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
